Upon registration, there are a few forms to complete. These forms will be available online MARCH 1st.

For the free 3 & 4-year-old program:

• The child must be 3 or 4 years old by October 1st 2024.  

• Please bring the child so they can visualize their new environment.

• Provide a copy of the child's birth certificate and immunization records. 

• Two proofs of address for you, the parent. (example: Utility bill, telephone bill, driver's license, bank statement benefit statement, medical reports.)
